Es geht um Dienstleistungen, die zu Erlebnissen veredelt werden und so einen langanhaltenden Eindruck bei den Kunden hinterlassen. Dienstleistungen sind die entscheidenden Komponenten, auch wenn ein physisches Produkt im Vordergrund zu stehen scheint. Das Produkt wird, auch bei Sch\u00f6nheitsprodukten wie jenen von L\u2019Or\u00e9al, zur Plattform, auf der Dienstleistungen angeboten werden k\u00f6nnen. Die Dienstleistungen werden schlussendlich die \u2018Revenue Generators\u2019 werden. Dort kommt das Geld her!<\/p>\n
