I study multimedia production and during my exchange I had to do a multidisciplinary project. It is possible to choose your own theme, but I chose to go with the school's suggestion. So my objective was to promote the programme for future incoming students.
At my home university we usually make websites as a part of our projects and I could see how my fellow students improved their skills in creating websites. I therefore chose to create a blog through a website to promote the FH Graubünden and to improve my skills in creating websites. On the website I created content through pictures, blog posts and a video “my exchange in 60 seconds”. Through the blog I wanted to share my personal exchange experiences. I designed the website in adobe XD and I built up the website with bootstrap.
Throughout the project I had meetings with supervisors and the Head of the Institute for Multimedia Production. These meetings gave me guidance through the project and supported me if I had any difficulties with my project.
I am used to group projects in Copenhagen and I had to do this project alone, which required a lot of self-discipline, but I am happy with the results and I have learned a lot. This project provided me with qualifications and gave me tools that are going to be useful in the future.
