Einfluss des Social Norm Nudge im Social-Media-Advertising w\u00e4hrend der Need Recognition Phase<\/h3>\n

Der Aufstieg der Internet\u00f6konomie hat zu crossmedialen, multidimensionalen Customer Journeys gef\u00fchrt. Daher steigt der Bedarf, Verbraucher durch die diversen Phasen und Touchpoints einer Konsumentenreise f\u00fchren zu k\u00f6nnen. Digital Nudging weist Potenzial auf, Abhilfe hinsichtlich dieser Herausforderung zu schaffen. Die Forschung konzentrierte sich beim Einsatz von Digital Nudging Prinzipien in Customer Journeys bisher auf firmeneigene Kan\u00e4le und konversionsorientierte Ziele. Aufgrund des hohen Wettbewerbsdrucks und der steigenden Bedeutung nicht firmeneigener Kan\u00e4le, bietet das Konzept auch f\u00fcr nicht konversionsorientierte Ziele in der initialen Customer Journey Phase auf Kan\u00e4len, die nicht unter voller Firmenkontrolle stehen, Einsatzpotenzial. In diesem Kontext wurde der Einfluss des Social Norm Nudge im Social-Media-Advertising w\u00e4hrend der Need Recognition Phase zugunsten der Brand Awareness untersucht. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass der Nudge zu keiner h\u00f6heren Brand Awareness f\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n
